Approval & Lease Signing
Your holding fee must be paid within 24 hours of application approval with a cashier's check or money order made out to Clockwise Property Management and will be applied to your move-in funds.
Your lease will be sent for electronic signature via email prior to your move-in appointment.
Move In Appointment
Rent, security deposit and any other required move-in funds must be paid with secured funds such as cashier's check or money order prior to or at your move-in appointment
You will meet at our office to finalize any move-in paperwork and pay any remaining move-in funds. The move-in appointment is generally the afternoon prior to your official move-in day. You will receive copies of keys on this day.
Please contact all utility companies to place the accounts in your name for your new rental property as soon as you sign the lease. This will help ensure you don't lose access to utilities.
